DPDP is one module inside a tax/compliance suite, not the primary product. Sector-specific DPDP overlays (BFSI Data Governance, POSH, IRDAI Cyber Framework, RBI Cybersecurity) are not their focus. DPO-led workflows (consent, DSR, DPIA, breach) are lightweight compared to a privacy-first platform. If those are what you need most, take that seriously.
