The grievance officer for every brand you use.
You have a right to complain when a company mishandles your personal data. Section 8(9) of the DPDP Act says every Data Fiduciary must publish a grievance officer and answer you inside 30 days. Most brands do publish one, buried three clicks deep in the privacy policy. We pulled them out and put them here.
Free to search, no signup, ready-made complaint template on every page.

How to file a DPDP grievance
- Open the brand's page here, copy the grievance officer's email.
- Send the complaint template we provide. State the problem, what you want done, and the date. Keep a copy.
- Wait 30 days. The Data Fiduciary must respond inside that window. It is not a soft target, it is what the Act asks of them.
- If they do not respond, or the response is unsatisfactory, you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India under Section 13.
What if my brand is not listed?
We started with the brands most people write to us about. If you cannot find yours, first check the footer of that brand's website for a link called "Privacy Policy" or "Grievance Redressal". The grievance officer's contact is required to be there by law. If it is missing entirely, that is itself a DPDP violation.
Mail us at [email protected] with the brand name and we will add it inside a week.
Are you a brand, and this page shows the wrong officer?
Mail us the correct contact and the URL of your privacy policy. We update entries inside a week and re-verify every quarter.
