Section 15: Duties of Data Principal

What Section 15 says, in plain English

Data principal must comply with the law, provide accurate information for identity verification, and not file frivolous complaints. Furnishing false documents can be a penalty offence.

What it means for you

Include a truthful-information disclaimer on your DSR intake form. It does not shield you from all frivolous requests but it puts the standard on record.
