Section 27: Powers and functions of the Board

What Section 27 says, in plain English

The Board can inquire into breaches, direct urgent remedial or mitigatory measures, and impose penalties per the Schedule. It can also refer matters for prosecution.

What it means for you

Being inquired into is not the same as being found in breach. Cooperate, document, present your evidence.
